Nicene Creed (older Version)

The Nicene Creed
We(I) believe in one God,
the Father All-sovereign(Almighty), maker of heaven and earth,
and of all things visible and invisible:

And in one Lord Jesus Christ,
The only-begotten Son of God,
begotten of the Father before all Worlds(ages),
light of light, true God of true God,(God of God, Light of Light, Very God of Very God) begotten not made,
(Being)of one substance with the father,
through(by) whom all things were made;
who for us men, and for our salvations
came down from (the) heaven(s)
and was made flesh of(and was incarnate by) the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary,
and became man,(was made man)
and was crucified (also) for us under Pontius Pilate,
(He)and suffered and was buried,
and rose again on the third day(the third day he rose again) according to the Scriptures, and ascended into the heavens,
and sits on(seated at) the right hand of the father,
and comes(he shall come) again with Glory to judge both the living(quick) and the dead: of whose kingdom there shall be no end.
And(I believe) in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord and the Life-giver,(The giver of Life)
that(who) proceeds from the Father(and the son),
who with Father and(the) Son(together) is worshipped and glorified together, who spoke through(by) the prophets.
(And I believe)in one holy catholic and apostolic church:
We(I) acknowledge one baptism unto remission of sins.
we(I) look for a resurrection of the dead, and the life of the age(world) to come.
